Ms Msigwa is co-founder and managing director of Meltores Professional – a group of researchers dedicated to providing timely insights into a digital society. Over the last 10 years she has experience working with businesses and development partners across Tanzania and is particularly passionate about delivering projects that result in positive changes for people and businesses.

As country coordinator of FASDO Joyce and her team have inspired thousands of talented young people to use their talents for social impact and, after working with the Masai, championed the foundation of online VICOBA through the WhatsApp platform. Today more than 100 online women have access to savings, credit and insurance of their needs through this initiative.

In 2019, working alongside AWOTTA, Meltores Professional completed the first insight report into the great potential that Sports tourism has within Tanzania.
